CLASS INFORMATION

Whats Involved

HIIT Training means we move in set blocks of time that allow you to complete your maximum repetitions possible - developing each session. Both Strength and Cardio focus on power training – maximising muscle output to hit top-end training zones and insane results.

Each workout is a total 30 minutes work, with short rest periods in-between. Grit™ Cardio will keep its base routine for the challenge, and so will GRIT™ Strength, giving you enough familiarity to level up and beat benchmarks every week.

  

The music is an integral part of the workout that will unleash the GRIT inside you. As you work to your own individual max effort, you can really push your limits – and that’s a fundamental component of LES MILLS GRIT. 

 

What does it do?

The HIIT training effect of GRIT means you increase aerobic fitness, unleash fast-twitch muscle fibers and grow lean muscle tissue, whilst burning fat. Your fitness levels, physique, and mentality will reach new levels in just 30 days.

What to bring

You don't need to bring anything other than water and towel for any class at Evolve Studios. All equipment is provided for you.

Health Considerations

GRIT includes various dynamic moves that may not be suitable for those with joint issues. Please contact us to check suitability so we can prepare adaptations fo you. Pregnancy: This class is not suitable during pregnancy, due the high intensity. Please consider some of our other classes.

Booking Terms

  • Age requirement: 16+

  • All bookings must be made by the individual attending, using their own account. You cannot book for somebody else.

  • Session begins promptly at the time stated please arrive at least 5 minutes prior.

  • Cancellation Policy Applies (view here) Refunds are not available.
